Refund & Refill Policy

Refills

Refills aren't currently offered on any service. If counts drop after delivery, that isn't covered by a refund, but if an order wasn't delivered in full we will finish it or refund the undelivered part (see below).

Full refunds

• If we cannot start your order (for example, the link is invalid for reasons outside your control, or the service is unavailable), we refund you in full.
• If you cancel before delivery has started, we refund you in full.

Partial refunds

If an order is only partly delivered and cannot be completed, we refund the undelivered portion.

When refunds are not available

• For delivered engagement that is later removed by Quora.
• If the content was deleted, made private or changed after you ordered, or you gave the wrong link.
• For orders that breach our Terms.

How refunds are paid

By default, refunds are credited to your account balance straight away. Ask us if you'd rather have the refund sent back in the cryptocurrency you paid with. We send it to an address you give us, at the USD value of the refund on the day it is sent, minus network fees.

Underpaid, overpaid and late crypto payments

If you sent too little, you can top up the same invoice before it expires, or contact us. If you sent too much or paid after expiry, contact us and we will credit your balance or arrange a refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the rules on withdrawal described in the Terms.
