Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-13

These Terms apply to your use of QuoraFame (the “Site”) and any order you place. The Site is operated by QuoraFame (“we”, “us”) from Portugal. You can reach us at [email protected].

1. What we provide

We provide digital marketing services that add engagement (such as upvotes, followers, views and shares) to public Quora content that you link to. Services are delivered gradually through third-party suppliers. Delivery start times, speeds and quantities shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Not affiliated with Quora

QuoraFame is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Quora, Inc. “Quora” is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe the services.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You confirm you are entitled to promote the content you submit and that it is lawful.
  • You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you use our services on. Quora's terms prohibit artificial engagement. Quora may remove engagement or take action against content or accounts, and we are not responsible for such actions.
  • You must not use the services for content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others, or to manipulate elections, health information or financial markets. We may refuse or cancel such orders.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount applied at checkout. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Cryptocurrency payments must be sent in the exact amount shown, on the network shown, before the quote expires. Payments sent to the wrong network, after expiry or in the wrong amount may not be recoverable or may be handled manually at our discretion. You are responsible for network fees. Account balance credit can only be used on the Site, is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a service contract. Our services are digital and begin immediately. At checkout you expressly ask us to start delivery at once and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before delivery is complete, you pay for the portion already delivered. See the Refund Policy.

6. Refills and refunds

Refill coverage, where offered, is described on each service page and in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Accounts

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks or breaches of these Terms.

8. Referral program and coupons

Referral rewards and coupons are subject to the rules shown when they are offered. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time and will be reversed if obtained through self-referral, fraud or abuse.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the problem. Consumers in Portugal can also file a complaint in the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, www.livroreclamacoes.pt) or contact a consumer arbitration centre. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre in their country.
